The Diploma of Hospitality course is designed to give Student Graduates a wide range of employment options in the booming Australian and International Hospitality industry.

This qualification offers transferable skills that will give the graduate the freedom to choose employment in a wide range of hospitality occupations as well as management positions in related industries.
This course provides an enjoyable balance of practical ‘hands on’ experience in a commercial quality kitchen and restaurant with classroom – based lectures. Graduates will have learned all the necessary skills in a wide range of subjects to qualify them for employment in the expanding Hospitality Industry. PCBT will support students who are in good standing with the college and have successfully completed all the course requirements with employment opportunities.

  • Two Terms of 10 weeks each
  • Three days per week at 7 hours per day (including practical)
  • The Diploma program continues directly after completing Certificate III and Certificate IV Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
