Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)

Introduction to Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) SIT40407

The Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is a little more sophisticated than the Certificate III. The Cert IV includes all the core units of a Cert III and increases the areas of competency for the qualified person to be able to obtain a supervisory role as a chef or cook.
The Cert IV competencies once achieved will open the pathway for the student to be able to continue on to the Diploma of Hospitality. This qualification reflects the role of a fully qualified chef prepared to take employment in various cooking facilities.
