It is different from the Small Business Management as it is broader in the context of the training and establishes greater understanding of business processes aimed at equipping you with good business management skills.
The course will be delivered by experienced trainers from the business field. The course is appropriate for people working in a medium sized enterprise or a business unit of a large enterprise in a middle management role.
The units chosen for this course are deemed to be essential in good management experience. They can be enhanced by further study in specific business areas at a later date incorporated into a Diploma of Business. After completing the course you will have the appropriate skills and knowledge base for developing teams, implement customer service strategies, report on financial activities, promote innovative ideas with products and services and identify and manage risk processes. The course ensures you will be well equipped to handle all areas of management, in a skilful and productive manner.
Career paths may include high level management positions, middle and senior management, project leader, team leader, project coordinator, project manager, and head of department.
